# Account Creation

### **1. Account Creation**

1. Navigate to the Stellar Laboratory Account Creator through the following URL: <https://laboratory.stellar.org/#account-creator?network=futurenet>
2. Once on the page, you'll see various options. Ensure that 'FutureNet' is selected in the network dropdown.

### **2. Funding the Account:**

To fund the account, we will use Friendbot, that sends you a small amount of lumens to get you started.
